Delivery is made with Fan Curier and the payment is upon delivery.
Search for the desired product:
- You can search for a product directly by using the search function or by navigating through the product categories directly from the menu displayed on the start bar
- Add the desired product in the shopping cart by selecting the ‘’add to card’’ button
- You can add to card more products from different categories.
Check your order:
- After adding the products, you will be directed automatically in the shopping card. Here you can verify the list of selected products, updated the quantity or remove one or more products.
Billing details and order
- After adding the desired products in the shopping card, you must select the billing details and desired payment method.
- An order can be finalized without registering by pressing the button ‘’Finalize order without authentication” or it can be finalized with your account by pressing the button ‘’Authenticate and finalize order”
- Products with damaged packaging or that are resealed, do not benefit or promotions that come with new products.
- Do not forget to read the terms and conditions and check the box ‘’ By placing the order, I accept the terms and conditions of acvatica.ro” before placing the order.
Placing the order:
- The final step for placing the order is pressing the button ‘’Place order”
- Short time after pressing this button, you will receive a confirmation email.
Have you purchased from us or this is the first time?
- If you are a new customer and desire to create an account, you need to complete the details from ‘’Create a new account here’’ and follow the instructions for confirming the account
- This step is available after confirming ‘’Authenticate and finalize order”
- If you already are an existing customer, enter your email address and password and the data user from the last order will be filled automatically. If you wish the delivery under the same conditions, press ,,Place Order”
Returning Products
You have 14 calendar days to return products from acvatica.ro without needing an explanation.

According to the Romanian legislation in force, the return of a product can be made within 14 calendar days of its receipt and is only applicable to individual customers who have purchased the product at a distance complying with OG 130/2000
The consumer has the right to notify in writing the trader that he / she renounces the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product or, in case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract. The conclusion of the sale- purchase contract takes place when the tax invoice is issued (this document is contract based on the Romanian legislation) and not when placing the order or sending by email (or other means of communication) the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order.
Products that cannot be returned: products that show signs of wear or consumption, personalized products according to the customer’s requirements, products that show physical changes, strokes, scratches, scratches, shocks, products without the original packaging or damaged packaging, those with the broken seal.
According to the law, the money will enter your account within 30 business days. Backward amount is strictly for products, not transport costs, they are borne by the customer.
The products to be returned will be sent to SC ACVARISTICAPLANTATA SRL’s registered office: Ramnicu Valcea, 9 Pandurilor Street, Bl A7. Sc B, Ap 43, 10th floor, Valcea County.For sending parcels please use the same courier service that you received the products. We do not receive unpacked products on return.
When the packages arrive, a short visual check of the package will be made in the presence of the courier. If traces of defects or defective handling of the package are found, or if its condition is not impeccable from the point of view of integrity, a report shall be made to signal these problems and a copy shall be handed over to the courier.
All parcels received and complying with these return conditions will be unpacked and photographed to record the state of reception of the products inside and to check whether the status of the products is identical to their condition at the time of completing the return form (when completing the form, based on the assumption of liability, the client must record the status of the products in writing and / or photographs).
Any inconsistency between the state declared by the consumer when completing the return form and the actual reception of the products by our specialized personnel will lead to the rejection of the return of the products, the customer being responsible for the transportation of these products to our specialized headquarters.
The customer will be notified within 72 hours of receipt of the package of this situation and will be able to choose whether to return products at his own expense which do not comply with his declaration and products that are no longer in the same condition as the original delivery to the customer; if they accept bringing these products to their original state.
You must return the products in the original package, accompanied by the original intact labels, the original warranty certificate, if issued by the manufacturer / distributor and all the documents with which you have been delivered.
